Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026 onwards.

Thank you for choosing Skill Circle. This page explains how payments and refunds work.

1. No refunds (from 5 October 2026)

From 5 October 2026 onwards, Skill Circle does not offer refunds in any case.

All fees paid on or after 5 October 2026 for any Program, course, or related enrolment are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes (without creating new exceptions) change of mind, non-attendance, partial attendance, dissatisfaction, transfer requests, or discontinuation after payment.

2. Payment terms

(a) Full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration, unless Skill Circle has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

(b) Where a Program previously described a trial or access window, access still requires full payment first. That does not create a right to a refund for payments made on or after 5 October 2026.

3. Payments made before 5 October 2026

This updated policy applies clearly to all payments made on or after 5 October 2026.

The previous version of this page described a limited trial-window refund process (including a short request window after registration, subject to Skill Circle’s approval). How that older wording applies to fees paid before 5 October 2026 is not restated here as a continuing guarantee.
