briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
informing candidates about the results of interviews.
Present shortlisted candidates
Present detailed candidate profile summaries
Build long-term client relationships
Research and develop recruiting leads.
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
What We are Looking For?
Must be Graduate, Post-Graduation/ in any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year experience in handling social development projects, preferably skill development projects.
Good knowledge of Linkedin and oyster social platforms on google.
Worked with the team and also coordinated with other team members
